However, the way the book is written would be ideal for anyone who wanted a daily devotional-style read to go along with a boundaries practice. There is a healthy acknowledgement of the struggles to maintain internal boundaries and resource ourselves enough to be sturdy and stable enough to hold boundaries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So if you are engaged in learning to hold boundaries and grow in healthy ego strength and ability for healthy intimacy, this book could be a useful tool.
